Angels

Angels are real.  Once I bought a washing machine in a store not too far from my house.  I told the vendor that I could take it home if he would put it on a cart for.  So he helped me do that.  I left feeling very strong and proud of myself as a woman.  I was doing fine until I arrived in front of the building where I lived.  There were about 9 steps to go up to and there was no way I was going to lift up that heavy thing and get it inside.

I sat in front of the building. I prayed and asked God to send some of his angels to help me bring the washing machine inside the lobby.  Minutes after I prayed, a smiling young man dressed in a Navy uniform arrived and asked me: Ma’m, do you need help?  Yes I replied.  Could you please help me bring this washing machine inside?  He quickly lifted the machine with both hands, entered the elevator and brought it to my floor.  I called my friend who was visiting me at that time to come to the door with a tip for the young marine, when we turned to tip him, he completely vanished.  We thank God for sending his angels to take charge over us.  (Psalm 91)

I woke up at 3:00 AM in the morning from a dream.  I was bleeding from that time to 1:00 PM.  I made my way to the city to visit my doctor urgently.  When I entered his office, he asked me “how did you get here?” by train I replied.  He took me in immediately and asked me.  “When are you going to have hysterectomy?”  What is that I asked?  He replied the procedures that we do to remove all your feminine organs.  Never, I said. Then He asked “what kind of flowers do you like.  I again replied, what do you mean?  You are going to bleed to death he said.

You are not God, I said.  I will not have hysterectomy and I will not die either.  I stood up and said bye, bye, when you have a procedure that can help me, you can call me.  I left his office and headed to a choir rehearsal that was taking place in another borough.  As I entered the place, the choir Director said to me: “you just came from the doctor, and you received bad news” Do not worry, all is well.  God will heal you.  Thank you I whisper to the Lord.  The choir rehearsed and we left ready to sing at the crusade the next day.

Thursday, I arrived to the crusade.  It was a huge one with about 12,000 people inside, ready to see the power of God move.  Many filled the stadium and several thousands waited outside.  I spoke to Jesus and said: “look, I am not feeling well, I am bleeding a lot, but I will stand when they ask me to stand and sit when the Minister says to sit  I was expecting to run to the bathroom back and forth but the Lord stopped the bleeding while I was singing.  The next day, while I was at the Crusade, the doctor left a message to say that the problem can be solved through laparascopy..

After the procedure, the doctor curiously said, tell me, what made you so sure about yourself?  I answered: I have a good friend who cares about me. When I talk to Him, He listens.  He and I are very good friends.  He gave me a secret.  He said to ask Him anytime, to seek Him always and to knock at his door until He answers.  Then the doctor, asked: “who is that?  Oh, I said, His name is Jesus.  If you believe in Him, He will be your best friend too and save your life.  That is good, he said.  Keep on doing what you are doing and see you in 3 months.

Faith is important in our life.  When we trust in God, He gives us peace that we all need to live on a daily basis.  Taste Him and see that He is good.
